LIMEKILN- Event Operations Manager

LIMEKILN, an exclusive use event space in Sussex, is seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to oversee and deliver a busy calendar of events, including brand takeovers, corporate away days and weddings. As part of the senior leadership team on site, you will work closely alongside the team, leading by example to ensure an exceptional client experience from initial enquiry to the delivery of the event itself. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be an ambassador for the LIMEKILN brand standards, with keen attention to detail and a passion for service. A successful Events Operations Manager will work collaboratively with the House Manager to actively seek ways to over deliver on guest experience and work with clients from first enquiry through to the event day.

LIMEKILN is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sales & Venue Co-ordinator to join the team. The role will be predominantly customer focused and will work as part of the team across all aspects of sales and customer experience. The role will be to deliver 5* service and hosting within a design-led event space to achieve truly unique events. Events Operations Manager- Kin House

Kin House, a private-hire hotel and events space in Wiltshire is seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to oversee and deliver a busy calendar of events, including brand takeovers, corporate stays and weddings. As part of the senior leadership team on site, you will work with all of our HODs– leading by example to ensure an exceptional client experience from initial enquiry to the delivery of the event itself. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be an ambassador for the Kin House brand standards, with keen attention to detail and a passion for service. A successful Events Operations Manager will work collaboratively with the House Manager to actively seek ways to over deliver on guest experience and lead the team through the operational delivery of events and guest stays.

Kin House is a private-hire hotel and events venue, which opened in July 2022 in Wiltshire. With 12 bedrooms, a 200-guest dining capacity, and set in 10 acres of grounds, Kin House has been designed to marry the flexibility and creativity of an events venue, with the customer experience of an exceptional hotel stay. We aim to lead the industry by creating the most exciting new venue in the UK for private and corporate events.
