Event Enquiry and Planning Assistant- Dearborn Estates
This is a proactive role, which requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. You will report directly to the Group Operations Manager and will be the first point of contact for all our venue enquiries. The successful candidate will have experience in weddings and events hospitality including a knowledge of venue sales, show rounds and the planning process. The candidate must be able to multi-task and use initiative to ensure we are proactively delivering an exceptional experience for all guests from initial enquiry through to the wedding day. A positive and process driven attitude are paramount for this position with the opportunity to work across multiple event spaces and products.
This will involve leading on our client enquiry and viewing experience and working with our venues to be the main point of contact for all our enquiries as well as being a key support for venue show rounds and booking processes. The role will also encompass key elements of the planning process working with our clients up to event delivery.

Sales & Event Producer- Kin House
This is a proactive role, which requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have experience in hospitality specialising in sales, planning and event management. The Sales & Event Producer must be able to multi-task and use initiative to ensure Kin House is proactively delivering an exceptional experience for all guests from initial enquiry through to the event day itself.
The role will involve working with clients from initial enquiry, planning towards their event and ensuring a smooth delivery on the day. We’re looking for an energetic team player to help build our reputation as the first private hire hotel in the UK, with a passion for little details and what makes a hotel stay special.
