Wedding and Event Planner

Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking pride and care for the appearance of the venue
  • To have good product knowledge of the facilities and services
  • Hosting show rounds and planning meetings
  • Hosting couples, guests and suppliers
  • Overseeing the 20-bedrooms on site, including guest check-ins
  • Working to event and office procedures
  • To handle any guest complaints / concerns diligently, rapidly and professionally
  • Attending training sessions and meetings when required, including off site
  • To have clear understanding of and to work to the back office administrative procedures
  • Understanding emergency protocol for the venue and adhering to Health and Safety procedures
  • Working closely with the team in following up all enquiries, chasing deposits, terms and conditions, bedroom allocations and provisional bookings
  • Working with couples on their journey to create planning documents used by the Events Team to execute a 5* wedding or event
