LIMEKILN- Sales & Venue Co-ordinator



  • Taking pride and care for the appearance of the venue
  • Leading the customer experience
  • Contributing to the organisation of internal events
  • To have good product knowledge of the facilities and services
  • Hosting show rounds
  • Managing enquiries and bookings
  • Hosting couples, guests and suppliers
  • Working alongside our preferred caterers to provide seamless events and customer service
  • Working to event and office procedures
  • Attending training sessions and meetings when required, including off-site
  • To have clear understanding of, and to work to, the back office administrative procedures
  • Understanding emergency protocol for the venue and adhering to Health and Safety procedures
  • Working closely with the team in following up all enquiries, chasing deposits, terms and conditions, and provisional bookings
  • Responsible for monitoring the email inbox and answering calls
  • Keeping good relationships with suppliers and registrars
  • Capturing content for social media
  • Working with clients to plan weddings and events
  • Proactively seeking new sales leads and seeing them through to bookings


Key Requirements  

  • Proven experience in a similar position
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Beverage / Bar knowledge/ Bar experience (preferred)
  • Pride and care in presentation and excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work flexibly across all aspects of events, including weekends and evenings


Salary:  £30-35k dependent on experience

Hours: 45 hours per week across 5 days with 2 days off a week.
