Proactive sales focus to ensure the highest conversion rates from enquiries, including conducting and hosting client viewings and supporting the sales team in client visits.
Proactively implement ways to increase revenue and profitability, particularly from services provided by the F&B department.
Managing the relationship with our catering team and working with them to deliver exceptional weddings and events, including post-event reporting.
Genuine and approachable team leadership that will empower and inspire, including training and supporting staff, overseeing team rotas and all internal departments.
Day to day house management including maintaining suppliers, for example: cleaning, laundry, security, staffing.
Liaising with the Property Manager to ensure the building / site compliance is up to date. Identifying and escalating maintenance issues and dealing with these where necessary.
Monthly reporting including supplier invoices and supporting the Revenue Manager in achieving monthly budget targets.
Requirements:
3 years’ experience in senior management position, ideally venue/assistant manager role
Highest level understanding of exceptional customer service and high-end hosting
Highly organised, efficient and detail-oriented
Strong background in luxury functions and events
A natural communicator with experience leading all departments within the hospitality sector
A passion for food and beverage
Proven record of working to budgets

45 hours over 5 days on a rota basis including evenings and weekends
