Operations Manager


We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the Dearborn Events team to work across both venues.

The role will work closely with the Group Operations Manager, Head of Events and the Managing Director, to deliver the effective day-to-day administration of the business. The primary requirement of the Operations Manager is to ensure that the administration and operational support behind Millbridge Court and Hyde House is of the highest standard, including:

  • Providing line management and support to the House Managers on all operational matters.
  • Ensuring both House Managers are on track to meet their annual revenue and profit targets.
  • Ensuring House Managers deliver their venues to the expected standard of presentation.
  • Supporting House Managers in recruitment (including attending interviews) for key members of staff.
  • Line management of the D.E. Property Manager to ensure all sites comply with the group HSE policies.
  • The role of Operations Manager has a crucial responsibility to ensure, working with Dearborn’s HR consultants, the company manages and communicates to its staff in a compliant and industry leading manner on all HR matters.
