Key responsibilities:
Reviewing our existing operating systems and proposing and implementing improvement and solutions where required.
Showing day-to-day leadership and being a cultural ambassador for the professionalism and can-do attitude the Dearborn team seek to convey to our on-the-ground teams.
Working with our CFO and finance team to help ensure the implementation of efficient cost management practices at our properties, as well understanding the budgetary context and the consistent reporting of revenue and costs from the sites to Dearborn.
Ensuring we closely manage our commercial liabilities relating to Health and Safety and Compliance and working with our consultants to ensure our House Managers are up-to-date and aware at all times.
Taking control of the hardware, software and IT across the group and ensuring standardised and effective processes are implemented group wide.
Able to deliver projects across a diverse range of skill-sets and timeframe.
Oversight of software and systems, including contractual agreements and training including but not limited to:
POS system
Internal event management software
Hotel booking software
Working with our Senior Leadership Team to ensure our ‘B2B’ contracts are consolidated and efficiently managed across a diverse range of departments including but not limited to:
Catering contracts
Drinks supply contracts
Agency staff contracts
Facilities and Energy Contracts
IT support contracts.
Co-ordinating with our legal and compliance specialists to ensure we have up-to-date and robust policies relating to:
GDPR and privacy policy management.

Skills and Experience:
At least 5 years’ experience in either the hospitality and or leisure sector in commercial or operational departments.
Being passionate about attention to detail with excellent people management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills to drive innovation and improvement across the organisation
Excellent verbal and written communication
Building and Facilities management/ utilities
Experience with contracts and commercial B2B relationships
Knowledge of tech, systems and processes, in particular advanced data analysis skills
Knowledge of Power BI and advanced excel skills an advantage
NEBOSH preferred but not essential
Package:
£50- 55k p/a
5 days a week
25 days plus BH
Primarily based in Surrey and additional travel to our properties and London where required with some hybrid work.
